Dear Collaborators,
the PAC proposal for Run Group H - Experiments with a Transversely 
Polarized Target - was approved by the Review Committee and the current 
draft available to all of you at the following link:

  (sign in the CLAS interface beforehand).
While some last-minute additions and corrections are still underway, the 
text is almost final.
