The Collaboration meeting is a good time to update the thesis webpage.

Our webpage/database is a great resource to the collaboration to know 
what our students are doing and to JLab to advertise the high-quality 
science from Hall B.

The webpage tracks:
Thesis work in progress
CLAS12 theses completed
CLAS theses completed
Masters theses completed
nonCLAS/Hall B these completed

You can submit either thesis in-progress or thesis completed by using 
the Google forms at the top of the webpage.  Alternatively, you can just 
send me the information in an email.  For a completed thesis, I need an 
electronic copy of the thesis as an attachment or a link to the 
download.

Jefferson lab also requires a thesis to be uploaded to its publication 
database -  https://misportal.jlab.org/sti/publications/new.  The 
student or supervisor are responsible for doing this.
