[clas_members] [EXTERNAL] Two simple housekeeping requests

Dear collaborators 

When you have some time could I ask that you do the following housekeeping ahead of the fall CLAS meeting:

1- Create an account on the JLab Indico, if you do not already have one. This will mean you can administer your own presentation slot should you have one during any future meetings hosted on the site.

If you have any issues please let me know.


2- Add your ORCiD to your entry in the Membership DB 
https://clasweb.jlab.org/membership/phonebook.phpLogin using your JLab CUE credentials and you will see ORCiD 7th from the top of the section. Enter your identifier which has the format 0000-0000-0000-0000 and then click ’save’ at the bottom left of the section. If you have any issues please let Silvia know at clasmbr at jlab.org <mailto:clasmbr at jlab.org>
