I’ve already got several physics talks lined up, and one talk for a proposed PAC proposal. Of course, there is room for other PAC proposal talks if desired, although I expect some of these will be scheduled in the Physics Working Group meetings. If you have suggestions for talks at the plenary session, please send email to hicks@ohio.edu.

On another matter, it was announced by the JLab management that the coffee breaks will no longer be charged to discretionary funds. This means that we are required to pay a small registration fee for all NON-STUDENT participants of our collaboration meeting (students will register for free). I’m working with the conference services staff to keep this rate low, and it will likely be about $10/day, which can be charged to a credit card on registration. I wish that this was not the case, but it is unavoidable. All collaboration meetings (for all Halls) are following the same guidelines.

I will post the next meeting’s agenda on our CLAS website in a few days, and then send out an email announcement.

Best regards,

Ken
