    As you all aware of, the Nuclear Physics Scheduling Committee has

    issued a call for <span style="font-family: Times; font-size:

      medium;">"</span><font face="TimesNewRomanPSMT">Beam Time Requests

      for January 2015 through June 2016</font><font

      face="TimesNewRomanPSMT">”. Please note that the only experiments

      affected by this in Hall B are HPS and PRad. No CLAS12 experiments

      can be scheduled before June 2016 as the commissioning of CLAS12

      is currently scheduled for June 2016. </font>However, as the

    CLAS12 commissioning is likely going to be done using a liquid

    hydrogen target, that should give everyone plenty of data for the

    detector calibration and commissioning and to train the event

    reconstruction and analysis software. <br>
