For everyone who took it before September of this year it has expired and needs to be renewed in order to have access to the Hall B without escort.</div><div>Everyone needs to read and sign new SAF111 document on-line on the web based training page https://www.jlab.org/div_dept/train/webbasedtraining.html </div><div>For those who took this training within the last two years for HPS and/or PRad experiments the on-line part is sufficient. Those who had it earlier that that would need to schedule a walk-through.</div><div><br data-mce-bogus="1"></div><div>We are planning to arrange walk-through during the week of the collaboration meeting, tentatively in the afternoons of Monday October 31 and Tuesday November 1 and may be more.</div><div><br data-mce-bogus="1"></div><div>Prerequisites for the walk-through:</div><div><br data-mce-bogus="1"></div><div>1. RadWorker I training up to date and have your dosimeter with you.</div><div>2. Read and sign general access RWP (SAF801kd)</div><div>3.
