<div class="">When swapping your assigned shifts for the run extension and up to the end of this calendar year, please only select blocks from 13 March onwards.</div>
<div class="">Shifts assigned before that date are from the original allocation made months ago and should not be changed unilaterally by a swap. </div>
<div class="">If you feel you really need another individual’s/institute’s block from a date before 13 March, please request a Trade with them.</div>

<span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);" class=""></span>This results in a total of 120 shift blocks to be covered. Some points to keep in mind:<br class="">

<span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);" class="">- The allocation is based upon the number of Term and Full Members listed at your Institute in such a way that you should expect a number of blocks over the period which is proportional to your percentage
of CLAS Membership. <br class="">
<br class="">
- As you will know from the recent CLAS meeting, ITEP and MSU have been exempt from shifts which is why they do not appear.<br class="">

</span><span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);" class="">- The Swap and Trade periods are set as follows and are applicable for the entire allocation up to December 2019:</span><br class="">
