network upgrade in hallb is finished, everything should be back to normal. Some computers/controllers in test setups may need to be rebooted, please let me know if you need any help with that.</div>

One nice thing is that we can increase bandwidth between hallb and CC from 40Gig to 100Gig, if we purchase new hallb router.</div>
