<p class="MsoNormal">The accelerator is still down. The high conductivity of LCW prevents equipment from being turned on. It is improving and the expectation is it will reach an acceptable level by the end of the day shift or early swing shift. Then they will
go through the HCO and restoration process. Given all this, the earliest time for beam delivery to the halls could be the mid-Owl shift.

<p class="MsoNormal">Therefore, The day and swing shifts today are canceled. The Owl shift and following shifts remain on standby.
