<div class="ContentPasted0 ContentPasted1 elementToProof ContentPasted2">It is with deep sadness that we inform you that our dear friend Professor Yongseok Oh of Kyungpook National University passed away in the evening of April 3rd after a heart attack while
he was attending the EIC RRB meeting at Stony Brook University. As many of us knew him, Professor Oh was an eminent physicist, a prominent educator, an excellent administrator, and above all a truly respected human-being. He played a leading role in investigating
how the N* excitations predicted by the constituent quark model can be tested in vector meson photo-production reactions with CLAS at Jefferson Lab. He also made an important contribution to a recent review article on the models of J/\Psi photo-production,
which will help greatly the analysis of the J/\Psi photo production data from JLab and the future Electron Ion Collider (EIC). In recent years, he was a strong supporter and promoter of EIC science and had been working tirelessly to build collaborations between
physicists in South Korea and the broad EIC community. Prof. Oh's body will be transfered from the U.S. to Korea early Sunday morning (April 9th) in Korean time and the funeral will be held on April 11th. He will be deeply missed. Our heart goes out to
his family and loved ones at this difficult time.</div>
