<html><head><meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"></head><body style="overflow-wrap: break-word; -webkit-nbsp-mode: space; line-break: after-white-space;"><div><div>Dear Collaborators<br> </div><div>This email is intended for Institute Representatives but I include everyone for information.<br><br></div><div>In order to prepare for the generation of CLAS12 shift assignments for the upcoming beginning on 27 January 2025, could you please check your Membership list and let me know of any required changes.</div><div><br></div><div> - Go here https://clasweb.jlab.org/membership/memberlist.php<br> - Find your Institute and check the entries under Full and Term. <br> - Remember that your<b> shift allocation will based on the number of Full and Term</b></div><div><b>Members at your institute</b>.<br> - If any individual appears in either your Full or Term list and they should not (e.g. they should no longer be considered as a CLAS Member through retirement, graduation, moved on etc), please let me know as soon as possible.<br> - Equally, for ease of tracking if you are satisfied that your Membership list correctly reflects your institute as it stands, then please send me a message stating this. <br><br></div><div>The onus is on each IR to ensure the names that appear in the membership DB and the shifts list are the same and correct by providing me the information.
