[Clas_offline] allk generator

Hi,
There are three files in the aao/allk event generator whose names differ
only in case:
    allk.f          allk.F
    allk_fit.f      allk_fit.F
    allk_mathlib.f  allk_mathlib.F

Also, there are these two files where it looks like one replaces the
other:
    allk_lib.f      allk_lib_new.F

Can anyone say if the .f files are not needed anymore? The files are
different but it looks as if the .F files have replaced the .f files. I
would like to clean these up if they are not needed (of course, they
will still be in the repository history).
