The mysql server changed hardware but this only temporary until the
new mysql infrastructure is brought online.
mauri will respond to FX's concerns about this.
Sebouh is continuing to develop the magnetic field service using a GPU
(nvidia CUDA programming language)
Kalman filter does not look easily parallelizable using a GPU.
Question was brought up as to whether the brute force approach on a
GPU might be better.
