[Clas_offline] drawing CLAS with gsim_int

Many thanks to all who responded, I got what I was looking for. If 
anyone else wants to use it, the GIMP file and the kumac are here:

The fill colors I added by hand (I couldn't get the "dopt shad on" 
option to take in gsim), as well as the labels and such. Feel free to 
take it and do whatever you want with it.
