[Clas_offline] drawing CLAS with gsim_int

Hi, Cole,
In ifarml3|4|5,  liblapack3.a is still available if you use 2003 or older
version
of cernlib.
Here it is:
/apps/cernlib/i386_rhel3/2003/lib/liblapack3.a

Keep in mind that cernlib 2003 may not be the one
your claspack linked against.  Therefore if you want to
use it you may need to recompile claspack by yourself.

In ifarml6, it is also available in the system directory:
ifarml6> locate liblapack

/usr/lib/liblapack.so
/usr/lib/liblapack.so.3
/usr/lib/liblapack.so.3.0
/usr/lib/liblapack.so.3.0.3
