[Clas_offline] RECSIS problem

Gagik,

The problem is not in the recsis.init in $CLAS_PARM.
File that is used in get_seq.F is from $RECSIS_RUNTIME
which is /group/clas/clsrc/recsis/runtime/.
On Sunday, March 20, user name "myurov" run recsis and
perhaps aborted or it crushed at the start up and left in
$RECSIS_RUNTIME an empty recseq.ini. It should contain
a number (sequence) in the first line. You can edit that file
and put "1" at the first line and it should work.
