[Clas_offline] sync program updated with tripfixer routine

The sync program from the packages/utilities/sync/ package now has the  
tripfixer routine integrated into it.  If you check out and compile  
the sync package now (only with cvs for now, still working on svn  
build), you won't need to run the tripfixer program afterwards  
anymore.  For those that forgot, details on the trip fixing routine
