[Clas_offline] problems with eloss package

Hi Eugene,

Did you  decide to abandon the previously  existing interface
to the "eloss" package? Some of our analysis programs do not
work with the current CVS version of "eloss". At the same time
the version in SVN matches what we used to have in CVS in the
beginning of 2009. In particular the InitEloss.c is completely different
in these two repositories.  Should we roll back the "eloss" in CVS or
it should be updated in SVN?
