[Clas_offline] $CLAS_PARMS/Maps/RUN_CONTROL.map empty

I got it working and the error message was misleading; my problem  
wasn't actually due to the $CLAS_PARMS/Maps/RUN_CONTROL.map file being  
empty.  Is anyone using the map files anymore anyway?  Thanks everyone  
for the help.

doing "ls /group/clas/parms/Maps/RUN_CONTROL.map -al" shows that the
