I don't think that the warning message actually means that your target material was replaced by LHe. It means that somewhere in the code LIQ HELIUM is defined, and then re-defined elsewehere.

When the code was written computers were about 50 times slower than now. Every cpu second counted. Some parts of the code have a "SLOW" = more accurate and "FAST" = quick and dirty, segment of the code. Usually the SLOW code is more reliable.
