[Clas_offline] CLASWEB Upgrade status...

All,

 

I ran in to a problem with the tomcat configuration while trying to remove
an unnecessary tomcat admin application. It took me a while to figure out
what had gone wrong and get it corrected, but at this point, tomcat is
running and the clasonline logbook application at least starts and runs.
There are problems doing actual DB queries, but I'm seeing problems on
clasweb (the old) now too, so it could be that we have DB or connectivity
problems. I'll chase these down when I arrive.

 

Once I can establish that the logbook app seems to be working (via Sergey),
I'll put the new machine fully into production and start working through
specific errors being reported in the apache logs on the new server.
