[Clas_offline] clas build tree problem

Hi,folks

Anyone is updating CLAS tree at /group/clas/builds ?
I see the PRODUCTION is pointing to release-4-15, while it should be 
release-f8-2
There may be other problems I didn't notice.
Can we correct them?
