[Clas_offline] clas build tree problem

Dear all,

I do not know who is responsible for the update the symbolic link, but
they must be awfully busy because it is still not fixed. In the meantime,
maybe some CLAS individual with appropriate administration privileges can
fix it for everybody ? Glancing at line 35 of

/u/group/clas/builds/release-4-15/packages/cms/jlab.cshrc

it seems this has been done before.
