Hi Jixie,

Since a few years now I moved geant4 installations from /group/clas to /site. Please use /site.
Last weekend there was a problem with disk quota in /group which affected the repository. That's why I cleaned up a bunch of stuff.
I wasn't aware that someone is still using geant4 from /group/clas/. I'm sorry and I apologize for the inconvenience.

To use the latest geant4, located in /site/12gev_phys:

setenv JLAB_ROOT /site/12gev_phys
source $JLAB_ROOT/ce/jlab.csh

I will keep 2-3 versions of geant4 there as they are updated from cern.

There are older version of geant4 locate in /site/geant4. I will not maintain those anymore and they will disappear.
I strongly suggest you always use the latest version of geant4.

The package maintained on site are:

geant4
clhep
Qt
ROOT
EVIO
Jana
gemc
Scrat

At the end of this month I'll make a presentation at the software meeting, and a CLAS note will document it properly.

best regards,
mauri
