Mark Ito suggested that the missing tags problem in the cvsweb browser was
due to rcs not being installed. I just installed the package and the
repository browser appears to be working now. Let me know if there are still
problems with it.

PS -- there is still an issue with the ENOTE stuff being very slow... This
is still under investigation.

Hi Marty,

I found script which is not quite working on new server:
http://clasweb.jlab.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb/cvsweb.cgi/
It shows tree but when I try too dive in the directories it does not 
work properly.
It looks like perl problem. Or may be file permission problems.
