[Clas_offline] clean up CLAS DST cache areas?

Dennis, Graham,

Please confirm which of these DST cache areas for CLAS are still 
appropriate.
These are the areas that are not automanaged, and require the run groups to
delete data that is no longer needed on disk. Some look very old, and 
possibly unused.
It is likely that this disk space could be better allocated.
