[Clas_offline] Decommissioning of 32 bit interactive farms

I am not against transition but remaining one 32-bit node as backup or
checkup will be the good idea. For me, I will have to deal with my old
codes for re-compiling based on 64-bit. But I don't think I will have a
big trouble.
Even if no one complain about decommission during past months, it
doesn't mean everyone is happy with that.
