[Clas_offline] Decommissioning of 32 bit interactive farms

Ok, I am going to suggest that we keep one 32-bit ifarm up and running. That way you can complete your work of getting the code to run on 64-bits and be able to run the old 32-bit framework to cross check that the 64-bit gives the same result.

Is this acceptable? 

We will answer the question of how long this ifarm is needed when Dennis gets back from Paris.
