[Clas_offline] Changes to Nightly Builds

All,

With the shutdown of the 32-bit nodes, I have made some changes to the
nightly builds, namely:

CLAS6 32-bit build is now built on ifarml6
CLAS6 32-bit builds which were built on ifarml5 are now known as Legacy
CLAS6 32-bit, and have been moved to
/group/clas/builds/32bit/branches/legacy

If anyone has the knowledge and capability, it would be extremely valuable
to compare non-native built 32-bit versions of the software with the
older, natively built versions to ensure they have the same results.

As an aside, cron jobs still seem to be running on ifarml5, thus legacy
32bit will still be built nightly until the plug is finally pulled on the
last 32bit node.
