[Clas_offline] ECG bank definition mismatch?

Johann,

As far as I can tell none of the programs uses ECG bank.
However ec package uses ECCG bank. Those banks contain EC geometry. They 
are read from $CLAS_PARMS/eccg.bfp file by the subroutine ec_read_eccg. 
There is no ECCG.ddl file. ECG.ddl kind of resembles ECCG bank 
structure, but neither ECG.ddl nor ECCG.ddl are used anywhere.

Why do you care about this bank?
