[Clas_offline] ECG bank definition mismatch?

OK, Thanks. I'll disregard this bank then - should I remove it from the
bankdefs directory? Are there other banks which have never been used?
aaaa.ddl perhaps?
I have translated the ddl files into an EVIO dictionary (in XML) that we can
use to convert 6 GeV data into EVIO for testing calibration programs for
CLAS12.
