[Clas_offline] Analysis of CLAS hroot files with PROOF

CERN's Parallel ROOT Facility, PROOF, provides a means of distributing 
the analysis of CLAS hroot files over the nodes of a multicore 
computer.  The facility can be used to speed processing on multicore 
laptops as well as control of CPU usage in submissions to the batch 
farm.  An example of the analysis of hroot files in the eg6 data set is 
described at
