[Clas_offline] compiling gsim

Hi Puneet,
I checked it out and there was a bug in gsim's sconstruct file. FYI, It
builds correctly if you start from the trunk and it just needed a little
tweak to ignore the library loading order (a bothersome feature of the gcc
compiler).

try updating gsim using 'svn up' and source this file instead (I removed
the long-obsolete environment32.csh/sh files):
   /group/clas/builds/32bit/environment.csh
