Thank you so much for your test. It helped me figure out were the problem was, at least for me. And in the end it was a very silly one!
The first line of the tcl file was sourcing to a recsis_proc.tcl file in an old "PRODUCTION" directory. I guess this file changed in the latest versions of the recsis package. Modifying this, pointing to the current path, now my own user_ana runs, with my input file.

I ran user_ana on some 3pi simulation data and I got BOS output, but the PART bank sector 0 (generated) is missing from the output of recsis. The PART banks sector 1 and 2 look a little strange (vertexes and energies are far off and the ID's are typically wrong) but the 3-momenta look reasonable. I have written up a complete script from start to finish that anyone should be able to run on ifarm1102 <-- that "2" is important.
ssh ifarm1102
cp -r /volatile/clas/clasg12/goetz/user_ana_test my_user_ana_test
cd my_user_ana_test
./cleanup.sh
./test.sh
Then you can look at the output with bosdump:
source /group/clas/builds/test3/environment.sh #<-- use .csh for t/c-shells
bosdump -GHEAD -GPART n3pi.recsis | more
