[Clas_offline] CLAS-6 caldb tools in SVN

Are the CLAS-6 caldb access tools (i.e. CVS:/tools/caldb/) somewhere in SVN?  I can't seem to find them.  If not, can someone please check them in and test them?  It looks like the scripts depend on the "CLAS_TOOLS" environment variable being set, which I believe isn't part of the set of environment variables needed for SVN. Or is there a different, preferred set of tools for use with SVN?  Thanks.
