[Clas_offline] build failed

Dear CLAS offliners,
last time (it was a few (~3) years ago) I used a make utility (see
Makefile in the attachment) and I had no problem to build executable
for my event generator in the directory
/lustre/expphy/volatile/clas/clasg10/pivnyuk/g10/mc/fsgen_test/fsgen.
Now this does not work. See respond :

such file or directory
make: *** No rule to make target

The scons utility does not work also.
See attached files : sconstruct and scons_output.

I am an ordinary user and all my attempts to fight this software problem
look like monkey business and result just in an unacceptable time wasting.

Could somebody help me please !?
