Harut,

run groups that have done cooking or recooking might have still the high quota they got when doing the cooking. 
In particular, clasg14 won't need 30TB on /volatile any more but 20TB are sufficient! The quota can be reduced to 30TB as well.

However, I request to keep the 3TB for g8 for now (which I will fill shortly with skimmed files). I will contact you when we are done with that. 
And I agree with Stepan that claseg6 should not be on that list!

For more efficient management we should adjust the quotas of run groups which need or currently use more space than allocated (see first row in Sandy's e-mail) 
at expense of groups who are not using their large quotas (second row). 
Run coordinators responsible for the groups please send me requests to increase (first row) or keep (second row) the existing quotas. 
There is no problem with decreasing some quotas as we can adjust those quotas later on, according to current needs.

using much less than their reservation:
  claseg4, claseg5, clasg13
  clasg14, clasg8, claseg6 

Let me know if changes are needed to better utilize available disk space.
