[Clas_offline] reorganizing clas12 in mss/work/volatile/cache

Dear All,

Currently clas12 appears in our mss/work/volatile/cache  as a subset of 
clas.

In anticipation of future running with different configurations and for 
better accounting we are planning to move it one level up, so that 
instead of

/mss/clas/clas12  /volatile/clas/clas12  /cache/clas/clas12  and 
/work/clas/clas12

we will have

/mss/clas12  /volatile/clas12  /cache/clas12  and /work/clas12

We would like to implement these changes from 9AM on Monday.

Please let me know if you may have any problems related to that.
