[Clas_offline] New CentOS 7 build available for testing

Hello Everyone,
After working with the computing center for some time I believe that we have a build that we can now test on the CentOS 7. Though we are still waiting on ifarm1402, which is missing one library (libXaw), but that should be resolved by the computing center soon. Make sure you test your code on ifarm1401 until ifarm1402 is updated

It is located in /group/clas/builds/centos7/ and there are two environment files that users can source in that directory, environment.sh (or .csh) depending on which shell you use.

source /group/clas/builds/centos7/environment.sh (or .csh)

Environment changes 
-gcc updated to gcc 5.3.0
-root updated to 5.34.36
-lapack -> lapack3 located in the 2005 cernlib
-other libraries updated to builds on centos7 but the version is otherwise unchanged.

I was not able to get the revision of the CentOS 6.5 build due to versions of SVN changing and now I’m unable to retrieve the SVN info.
