[Clas_offline] clas6

Dear All,

To support clas12 data taking and analysis, we are going to redistribute 
some quotas between clas6 and clas12 (currently equal quotas on volatile).

Please send me the list of clas6 rungroups who will need significant 
computing resources next two months.
