to the logbook installation on claswebnew that seem to solve the problems that
were reported. It’s a little difficult for me to be sure, however, since
I don’t know the application well, and I am reluctant to actually try to
make entries, etc. If you have a few minutes, please check <a
href="http://claswebnew.jlab.org/clasonline">http://claswebnew.jlab.org/clasonline</a>
and try to exercise the application a little. In particular, try searching for
log entries and run info in various ways, and making some test entries. Please
be aware that the claswebnew installation updates the SAME DB as the production
version, so you will make “real” changes from the test system.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'>Again, be watchful of your
browser’s address bar… the app will frequently revert back to “clasweb”
rather than “claswebnew”. Editing the URL in the address bar works
to test clasweb in many cases.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
