claseg5 (TPE) needs the volatile disk space we are currently using
(for at least a few more months) but we do not expect to use more
than that.<br>

For more efficient management we should adjust the quotas of run
groups which need or currently use more space than allocated (see
first row in Sandy's e-mail) <br>
at expense of groups who are not using their large quotas (second
row).<br>
Run coordinators responsible for the groups please send me
requests to increase (first row) or keep (second row) the existing
quotas.<br>
There is no problem with decreasing some quotas as we can adjust
those quotas later on, according to current needs.<br>
