since we are in production mode, no more (significant) changes until end of run,
lets discuss remaining reliability issues and ways to fix them

* daq crashes observed so far (rcServer loosing mysql access, roc's dma memory leakage, tdc errors, fiber problems etc)

* activemq messaging fragmentation and processes control

* camac1 remote control

* spare electronics pool

* etc
