1. Streaming DAQ/Trigger task force progress

We have now Valery's and Sergey/Ben's supporting materials on task force page. Gagik sent me draft on AI, still working on it, we will discuss it if ready and time permits.

  *   Sergey/Ben: Trigger upgrade plan - will go through the document and see if anything missing or have to be corrected
  *   Valery: trigger rates estimate - final discussion
  *   Gagik: AI etc - if time permits
