[Clas_online] dcrb test setup data

Dear all,

new data file from dcrb test setup is available: clondaq6:/data/test/dcrb13007.evio.2

Nathan, please copy it to cue.

Mac, Raffaella,
file contains few hundred events, almost all of them have 'good' segments.
Standard dcrb bank 0xe116 is created so file can be looked by CED. In addition new dcrb bank 0xe130 is created as well, it has one extra short value for width, description is in $CLON_PARMS/clonbanks.xml:

Bank 0xe130 can be used to create 2-dim plots width-vs-tdc, alternatively tdc and width can be extracted from FADC bank directly. It will be good to double check if those two way produces the same result. Remember that start time is not defined well so segments will have +- timing offset to each other (we are triggering from the first hit reaching FADC).

Please let me know if something else is needed.
