We will have a meeting designated to PRAD experiment preparations, including following:

 1. PRad-II/X17 DAQ related procurement. (number of crates, FADCs, TS/TI modules, etc)
 2. Configuration and trigger for the PRad-II/X17 DAQ system.
 3. HyCal connection map (for the clustering at trigger level).
 4. Integration of GEM DAQ.

as well as anything else related to PRAD.
