[clas_shift_takers] CLAS schedule

Dear CLAS shift takers,

The CLAS shifts schedule for the next run period, from Nov 18 to May 19 is now 
in the database, and swaps will start in one week:

Everyone can sign up for their shifts and then swap them around as they wish. 
However, the concerned institutional representatives should be kept informed.
