[Clas_slow_control] error building hall b epics

Stepan,
     Capfast is more or less a dead end.  OPS controls group still 
maintains a license to support existing applications, but will migrate 
away from capfast in the next few years.    I recommend doing what Mark 
suggests, check the db files into cvs.  If in the future you want to 
work with capfast, we can arrange an account on the OPS machines for you 
to work.

    Matt Bickley has more details on the capfast and options to replace 
it.   But I always preferred working directly with the db files, so my 
recommendation would be to do as Mark says.   Following Mark's advice 
can get you far in life!
