[clas_s&p] CLAS Collaboration Meeting (Paris) - JSA Travel Support

Fellow Students and Postdocs,

Happy New Year 2023!
I am writing to bring your attention to the upcoming CLAS Collaboration
Meeting (March 21-24, 2023, in Paris, France), and I encourage you to
attend in person if possible.

One important piece of information that may be useful for you to know is
that you can apply for travel support from the JSA. There is a fund
available for travel support for junior JLab users. If you are interested,
it is better to apply as soon as possible. Additionally, if you would like
to present your work at the meeting, as usual there will be devoted
sessions for different working groups. You are all welcome to contact your
WG chairs and book a slot to present your work/updates.

If you need an invitation letter for visa purposes, please do not hesitate
to contact Silvia (silvia at jlab.org), and she will be happy to help. And
you can contact her for any other question/issue related to the meeting.

I strongly encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to network,
learn and share your work with the collaboration in Paris.
