[clas_s&p] CLAS12 Office Hour: New Initiative

Dear Collaborators,

I am writing to you today to share some exciting news about a new
initiative that we are launching. As you know, we are always looking for
ways to improve our collaboration and to make it more productive and
efficient. One of the things that we have heard from students and postdocs
is that they would like to have more opportunities to get help with issues
related to CLAS12 offline software and computing.

To address this need, we will be starting a weekly office hour for
students, postdocs (in fact, anyone). During this time, one of our members
(expert) will be available to answer questions about CLAS12 computing and
software questions. It will be an interactive session, therefore, please
bring your questions, problems, etc.

The first session will be next week and Raffaella have agreed to volunteer
as an expert. You can ask questions on computing or software issues
relating to CLAS12 data analyses.

Please join us for the first office hour on Tuesday, August 1st, 2023, at
9:30AM EST in F228.
